Bartending (Introduction)
Learn the mixing skills and recipes for several drinks, characteristics of liquors and beers and the selection of wines. (SmartServe training is included). In the province of Ontario,-anyone 18 years of age or older can serve alcohol, however you must be 19 years of age to consume. It is therefore Georgian College policy that anyone 18 years of age or older can take the SmartServe and Bartending course, However, they will not be able to consume any alcohol during the Bartending course unless they are 19 years of age.
Note: photo identification will be checked the first night of class.
